 General Policies

  • All monies shall be paid at the time of service, and if you elect to pay via credit card, while the therapist is present in the session, before she/he leaves.
  • Please ask for a receipt from the therapist or case manager whenever you make a payment.
  • Methods of payment include: Cash, Personal Check, Credit Card, Paypal.
  • Billing will review past-due accounts and will issue statements if you show a balance. If you receive a statement from Vanessa or Miriam, from our Billing Department, please remit payment to 2700 Westhall Lane Suite 207 Maitland FL 32751 - Attention Billing Specialist. Please include a copy of the statement with your payment. Please be aware, some statements you may not receive until some time after the service date, that's normal.

  • Mental Health Counseling Intake inc Bio-Psychosocial & Treatment Plan  $154.00 total
  • Mental Health Assessment $125.00 total
  • Therapeutic Supervised Visitation $77.00 / hour
  • Individual & Family Therapy $77.00 / hour
  • Group Therapy $30.00 / per participant, per session
  • Targeted Case Management $48.00 / hour
  • Psychiatric Evaluation (in office only) $210.00 total
  • Medication Management (in office only) $75.00 total

About Medicaid

What if my insurance changes?
On the 1st of the month, we check eligibility, and if your insurance has changed to one that we don't carry, or if you're not eligible for that month, we will mail you a letter. We will also let your therapist and/or psychiatric ARNP know so that sessions can be temporarily stopped.


How do I contact Medicaid if I desire to change my plan? 
You can call Medicaid Options at 888.367.6554 to review/change your plan. You can also obtain additional information at Medicaid: http://www.flmedicaidreform.com/index.html 


How do I enroll in Medicaid?
To enroll call 1-866-76-ACCESS or apply online:

and then click Apply for Benefits
